A recent study, published in the journal Annals of Nutrition & Metabolism, has discovered that the best and the healthiest choice for breakfast would be the old-fashioned oatmeal. This study was conducted on 36 men and women. All of the participants in this study, consumed 350 calories, but they were divided in 3 different groups. Well, the first group consumed oat meal for breakfast. The second group consumed cornflakes and the third one didn’t eat breakfast – they just drank water.
